Good Morning,Committee!
My name is Robin Hill,and I live in Kailua Kona, Hawaii and am a Conservation Assistant for the Kona Soil and Water
Conservation District.
I support Bill 167, prohibiting non-mineral sunscreen sales and distribution on Hawaii Island in December 2022.
We need to protect our resources, and our fragile environment. This includes our reef habitats, and keeping our waters
pristine for future generations.
I urge you to vote in favor of Bill 167. This is our chance to make a small change that will make a big impact for healthier
waters.
