Aloha Chair and our County Council Members,
I am in strong support to pass Bill 167.
By passing Bill 167 we can begin to protect our coral reefs and fishes even with many bodies on our beaches and in
our bays. The beauty and health of our island environment needs all our support and action to protect the precious
resources for generations to come.
