SUBJECT: Bill No. 174, Draft 2;AN ORDINANCE TO INITIATE AN AMENDMENT TO
ARTICLE VI OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CHARTER(2020 EDITION), BY
ADDING A NEW CHAPTER TO ESTABLISH A DEPARTMENT OF
BUILDING.
Please find attached Bill No. 174, Draft 2. Bill No. 174, Draft 1, was amended to Draft 2 with the
contents of Communications No. 8 10.001 and 810.002. Bill No. 174, as amended to Draft 2, was
then approved by the Council on its first reading on June 15, 2022.
