ARTICLE V OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CHARTER(2020 EDITION),
RELATING TO ESTABLISHING A YOUTH COMMISSION WITHIN THE
EXECUTIVE BRANCH.
Please find attached Bill No. 175, Draft 2. Bill No. 175, Draft 1, was amended to Draft 2 with the
contents of Communication No. 812.001. Bill No. 175, as amended to Draft 2, was then
approved by the Council on its first reading on June 15, 2022.
