"Tim" Richards, III, Member Ms. Rebecca Villegas, Member PURPOSE OF Pursuant to Chapter 19, Article 11, Section 19-90 of the Hawaii County Code, HEARING: this public hearing is held in order for the Council to hear testimony from the public prior to consideration of setting the real property tax rates for Fiscal Year 2022-2023. Pursuant to Hawai`i County Code Section 19-90(b), the real property tax rates for the upcoming fiscal year are to be determined no later than June 20, 2022.
