"Tim" Richards, III, Member PURPOSE OF Pursuant to Chapter 19, Article 11, Section 19-90 of the Hawaii County Code, HEARING: this public hearing is held in order for the Council to hear testimony from the public prior to consideration of setting the real property tax rates for Fiscal Year 2022-2023. Pursuant to Hawaii County Code Section 19-90(b), the real property tax rates for the upcoming fiscal year are to be determined no later than June 20, 2022. i STATEMENTS The following individuals registered to speak and came forward when called by the FROM THE Chair: PUBLIC: Michael Wilson. i David Clark.
