SUBJECT: An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2, Article 25, Section 2-139, of the Hawai`i
County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating to the Procedure for
Awarding Grants to Nonprofit Organizations
Attached is a bill for an ordinance to adjust the timeline for submission and review of grant
applications from nonprofit organizations participating in the grants-in-aid program by amending
chapter 2, article 25, section 2-139, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as
amended).
