grow in shallower and warmerwaters— exactly ere they aree exposed tote most
chemicals due to human exposure, it wouldonly be wise to support this bill. The chemical
compounds cont ie in non-mineral sunscreen inhibit coral growth and degrade the
integrity of our reefs® The purpose oft is ordinance is to preserve the health, safety,
welfare of humans and teenvironment, allowing only mineral sunscreens to be
provided, sold, offeredfor sale, or distributed int the County.
