Dear County Council:
I write to you in full support of pull 167.
Non-mineral sunscreens have been proven to kill coral reefs (the largest ecosystem on Earth) and marine life. We live
on an island. There is no excuse for not protecting the life that surrounds us on all sides.
Please pass Bill 167 for the ocean, the coral reefs, and the people of Hawai'i. This is legislation that will benefit
Hawai'i and help ensure its future generations have a living ocean.
