REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
Dear Chairwoman David and Hawaii County Council Members:
Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney-client
confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on
questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities regarding a matter related to the above-referenced consolidated lawsuits,
including a discussion regarding an issue Frank Jung, Esq. submitted on behalf of
his client, Dominic Yagong.
We ask that this case be placed on the Council's August 3, 2022 agenda.
