SUBJECT: Requests status update from Stephen Pause, Acting Director for DPW
on the Public Works & Mass Transit Committee August 2 2022 at 9 a.m.
We are requesting approximately 45 minutes for a status update on the workings and
implementation of the EPIC system from Stephen Pause, Acting Director of the Department of
Public Works.
This update is necessary for the public and council members in light of the sudden departure of
former Director Director Ikaika Rodenhurst, and the reported continuing inefficiencies of the
EPIC System.
We respectfully request that this committee is scheduled at 9:00 a.m. to accommodate Acting
Director's Pause's schedule for that day. Thank you in advance for your courtesies.
