Re: Amend Resolution 445-22
Please see below a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 445-22 (in addition to Comm
850.1 transmitted on July 14, 2022) correcting the length of the option terms . The
proposed amendment is shown in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of
Resolution No. 445-22 where the material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken through,
material to be added is bolded and underscored.
The second WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows:
WHEREAS, HOPE Services Hawaii, Inc., a non-profit organization, desires to
negotiate a two (2)year lease for the period March 3, 2022 through March 2, 2024, with
two (2) [eighteen (18)] twelve(12)month option terms, to be used as an Assessment
Center and Emergency Shelter for single individuals who are experiencing homelessness;
and"
