It is my pleasure to nominate Robert Duerr of District 1 to the Game Management Advisory
Commission.
Mr. Duerr has been a resident of Hawaii for 35 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree
in Political Science and Philosophy from Bowdoin College in Brunswick,Maine. He is a
founding member and current President of Wailoa River and Reeds Bay Boating and Users
Association Incorporated, an organization dedicated to ensuring public water access, safety, and
education on ocean issues.
If confirmed, he will fill the District 1 vacancy with a term ending December 31, 2026.
