Sako via Communication No. 869 dated <br /> June 30, 2022, amends Ordinance No. 22-63, as amended,the Operating Budget for the County of <br /> Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. <br /> This bill appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants—Section 5311 Grant(American Rescue Plan <br /> Act) account($1,879,773); and appropriates the same to the Section 5311 Grant(American Rescue <br /> Plan Act) account.
