CORPORATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPMENT AND
CONSTRUCTION OF AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT AT A SET
LEASE RENTAL AMOUNT OF $10.00 PER YEAR
Allows Hawaii Island Community Development Corporation to construct
affordable rental housing units for both seniors and households with children in
compliance with the uses described in Executive Order 4531.
