Aloha
I'd like to ask that those who qualify for homeless-anywhere on the Big Island especially in the Kona area, need to be willing to help
keep Hawaii clean-visually, pollution,job training,etc.
Nothing is free.Then the government and organization can be better accountable.You can then know who needs medical help and
who might be dangerous to the community.
Even I once walked from block to block doing business, I don't dare walk when they might be on the road. I don't know if they might
be dangerous Thank you for the scrutiny
