The proposed amendments are <br /> illustrated below in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 494-22; material to <br /> be deleted is bracketed and stricken, and material to be added is underscored. <br /> 1. The title is amended to read as follows: <br /> "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO [INVITE <br /> PROPOSALS FO ] NEGOTIATE A LONG-TERM LEASE [BY NEGOTIATION] OF <br /> APPROXIMATELY 1,000 ACRES OF COUNTY-OWNED,AGRICULTURAL-ZONED <br /> LANDS, BEING TAX MAP KEYS: 4-2-005:001 AND 4-2-005:005, KOHOLALELE, <br /> HAMAKUA, HAWAII,WITH HUI MALAMA I KE ALA `ULILI PURSUANT TO <br /> CHAPTER 2,ARTICLE 19, SECTIONS 2-114[;2 116a1 AND 2-120, OF THE HAWAII <br /> COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION,AS AMENDED)." <br /> 2.
