SUBJECT: Appropriation Ordinance for the
1999 Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG) Program
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
to the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) an Appropriation
Ordinance for the 1999 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Program.
The HCHA reviewed and approved the ordinance at its meeting of
October 27, 1999. Accordingly, I am requesting that this
ordinance be waived from the Finance Committee and to be replaced
on the Council agenda for action at its November 17, 1999,
meeting.
