BILLS FOR ORDINANCES Bill 197: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 22-63, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2023 Increases revenues in the Federal Grants —Housing Choice Voucher-Housing Project account($180,000); and appropriates the same to the Housing Ulu Wini Other Current Expenses account, bringing the total appropriation to $1,355,312. Funds would be used to subsidize operating costs required to run the Ulu Wini Housing project.
