J1SYON,�',• <br /> : <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII f 4 �.-5, /_.- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 46 OF•Hr.._. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 525 22 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A <br /> DONATION OF ONE (1) MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO 6 WITH <br /> ACCESSORIES TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF <br /> FINANCE. <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Steven Hunt is donating one (1) Microsoft Surface Pro 6 with soft <br /> keyboard and cover to County of Hawai`i Department of Finance; and <br /> WHEREAS, this device, valued at approximately $400, will be utilized by the <br /> Department of Finance, Internal Control & TAT Division staff; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, provides that the <br /> council, on behalf of the county, may accept gifts of donations of money, securities, or other <br /> personal property or of real estate or any interest in real estate; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Finance recommends the acceptance of this donation; <br /> now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, in <br /> accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, the County of <br /> Hawai`i, accepts this donation. <br />
