Subject: Strong support for Bill 120
Aloha Chair and members of the Hawaii County Council,
Please support Bill 120.
Please establish requirements for functioning chargers and marked parking spaces for electric vehicle
charging. To ensure access to a limited number of chargers it shall be a violation to be in an EV stall and not
charging/intending to charge. This should be enforced for all Level 2 chargers and fast chargers (Level 3).
Please take action to support people and our island home!
