Thank you for this opportunity to testify remotely.
I request you approve this Resolution w amendment.
I am in Support of conducting this audit.
The reason discovery of the fraud and loss of precious funds and credits resulted in both a severe reduction in built
affordable housing AND raises egregious doubts and concerns about the County's workflow process and checks and
countrols.
We the taxpayers demand and deserve to know -how bad is this systemic failure to prevent this kind of fraud? What
has it cost us? And we want you to learn the causes and implement changes to prevent anything like this to happen in
the future.
This feels like a 'hole below the water line' in our County boat-and the most vulnerable among us are suffering the
consequences. Please ensure we raise the bar and do better.
