Aloha County Council,
I'm in support of this Bill 194.
Many projects happening now were of 2008, 2009,
Extensions were allowed over and over.
Expired was of this particular one, over and over and in 2017 it was already extended by the planning director.
It expired in 2019. In April of 2022, before the Leeward Planning Commission requested for another extension? SMA
0700024
Expired is expired!!
Should be a New SMA, too many years go by, and the infrastructure lacks.
The archaeological report has since changed the way its reported and now significant ones require archeological
monitoring.
Many original ones had the Alii Highway and the widening of Kuakini Highway in mind at the original SMA
permitting. How can they still continue today without this.
Like the Police comments, no more developments along Alii Drive be allowed without the Alii Highway up and open
to traffic. To prevent a bottleneck effect in case of an emergency situation.
Please support this Bill 194. Expired is like a driver's license.
