Re: Resolution Authorizing County to Enter into Agreement
Enclosed is draft 2 of a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an
agreement for the incurrence of indebtedness for the purpose of providing a
portion of the costs of constructing the East Hawai i Police detention facility.
The principal amount has been increased from $1.5 million to $1.8 million.
