RE: APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO ANON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION
PROVIDING SEXUAL ASSAULT SERVICES TO VICTIMS
In compliance with Chapter 2, Article 25 of the Hawaii County Code, enclosed is
the lone application from the qualifying organization to provide sexual assault
services to victims. We will notify the applicant, Kapiolani Medical Center as
soon as the Council has approved its application.
Also enclosed is a resolution transferring $40,826.25, the remaining balance from
the YWCA of Hawaii Island, Sexual Assault Support Service to the Kapiolani
Medical Center for Women and Children.
