Your Committee on Public Works and Mass Transit, to which was;referred Resolution No. 503-22,
reports as follows:
Resolution No. 503-22,transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel.Sinclair Salas-Ferguson, via
Communication No. 931 dated July 26, 2022, accepts the dedication of Roadway Lot 9-L-6-A, being
identified as Tax Map Key: 2-4-025:134, situated at Kukuau 1st, District of South Hilo, Island and County
of Hawai`i, State of Hawai`i, from Giampaolo Boschetti.
The lot contains an area of 808 square feet and would be used for public roadway purposes.
Your Committee on Public Works and Mass Transit is in accord with the purpose and intent of
Resolution No. 503-22, and recommends its adoption.
