Attached for your Favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 156, Draft 3, which includes the
following amendments:
1. Condition D. Adds "extension of into the second sentence before Queen
Kaahumanu Highway and deletes "iP' and replaces it with "unless not".
2. Condition H. Corrects the spelling of "dry wells".
3. Condition J. Deletes "Upon consultation with the County Arborist Council, a."
and adds "A", and replaces "emphasizes" with "incorporates", and inserts the
word "predominant" and "wherever possible" in the same sentence.
In the last sentence, deletes "along the makai or southwestern portion of the
rezoned area, as well as"; "a" and "directly fronting the Queen Kaahumanu
Highway." Inserts "along each of the makai/southwestern and
mauka/northeastern boundaries of the rezoned area."
