AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 22-64, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2022, TO JUNE 30, 2023.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 22-64, as amended, relating to public improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, is hereby amended by adding the
following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION:
Kamakoa Nui Park – Recreation Facilities Expansion $2,000,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund – Fund $2,000,000
Balance and/or Other Sources
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
