Subject: Transfer of Funds
We would appreciate your review and approval of our request to transfer
S7,000 from the County Clerk's Office, Election Division Printing Account
#010-107-5107.02-106 to Overtime S&W #010-107-5107.02-021.
The transfer of funds will enable us to cover a shortage in the Overtime
S&W Account. The unforeseen need to use overtime funds to cover part of
the overtime expense related to the retroactive pay and our continuous need
to update our voter registration addresses and also staff's participation in
statewide working sessions to update standard operating procedures has
contributed to this shortage.
