Sako via Communication No. 982 dated <br /> September 1, 2022, amends Ordinance No. 22-64, as amended, relating to public improvements and <br /> financing thereof for the fiscal year ending July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. <br /> This bill adds the Public Works Pdpa`aloa Gym & Park Improvements—County project($5 million) and <br /> the Papa`aloa Community Center Gym— State project($5 million) to the Capital Budget. Funds for <br /> these projects shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund—Fund Balance <br /> and/or other Sources ($5 million), and State Grants Receivable ($5 million), and would be used for the <br /> planning, design, and construction for a new Papa`aloa gym. <br /> On behalf of absent Committee Members Heather L.
