Subject: Transmittal of Communications received by the Public Works Committee
Regarding Holu and Keokeo Streets to Planning Director for Consideration
On January 22, 1997 the County Council adopted Resolution No. 20-97 which asks the Planning
Department to initiate a wmprehensive plan and establish an advisory committee regarding
infrastructure improvements for the Kalaoa area in North Kona. During discussion of this
matter, Council Member Tyler confirmed that this planning effort was intended to also address
concerns that have been raised about Holu and Keokeo Streets. Consequently, attached for your
consideration, please fmd copies of pending communications relating to Holu and Keokeo
Streets that have been submitted to the Public Works and Parks Committee. I hope that this-
information will be of assistance.
