Decree
IN the absence of our king, His Majesty Kamehameha, and in behalf of Him, according to
the Constitution and Statute Lmvs of His Majesty, this Palapala Kauoha (Decree) is hereby
given on this 13th day of October nineteen hundred and ninety-nine.
I, Kilionakalaionaonakealiipuiniholokeao, Ke alii o ko Hawai'i Pae.4ina, in accordance with
Constitution(s) 1840 thru July 16th, 1999 of Hawaii Pae Aina, the Kingdom of Hawaii,
granted by the subjects of this kingdom and realm, in the absence of His Majesty, this
Palapala Kauoha (Decree) is herein placed upon Judge Joseph P. F7orendo, JR and or the
presiding Judge; furthermore,

ON or about, 15 December 1994, County Clerk Robin J. Yahiku, Office of the County Clerk,
Elections Division, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii, did declare my person to be a non-u.s.
citizen, document number 2337e; and that,

ON or about, 27 January 1995, County Clerk Patricia Engelharri, Office of the County Clerk,
Elections Division, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii, issued a.jormal letter declaring my person
a non-u.s. citizen and anon-citizen/resident of the defacto .State of Hawaii; and that,

ON or about, 16 July 1999, subjects of Hawaii Pae Aina, the Kingdom of Hawaii, by seal
and signature, did grant my personlpersonage the authority to act and conduct the affairs of
this kingdom and realm on behalf of and in the absence of, His Majesty Kamehameha.• and

ON or about, 06 February 1998, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of
Oklahoma, Case number FD-97--5373, my person did receive recognition of "Title of :Nobility"
as Kealii and Alii nui ka ohana o luhiau; and that,

MY person by birth, posses direct genealogy to Ki, son of Hawaiinui [HmvaiiloaJ. I am
kanaka maoli as defined in the Statute Lmvs of His Dtajesry; I am NOT native hawaiian and I
am not only indigenous bur, also endemic; possessing the quality of bio-regional linguistic
kinship; and that,

BY reason of fact, in reference to and in accordance fvith your dejacto State constitution
wkich proclaims to adopt and accept the Constitution of the United States of America,
qualification of elements in Article I, Article IV, Article VI, and Amendment ,YIN of the
Constitution of the United States of America is superior; the suhject matter in fact, is
exclusive to my person. Title of Nobility by natural birth is, " I am Kealii" and the rnatter of
nationality or [citizenship) is the superior yua[ification of "diversity jurisdiction/diversity
citizenship, of wkich is qualified further in your eery own Hmvaii Revised Statute; and that

BY reason of fact, all alodial, allodial titles, Royal Patents, Palapala Sila Nui, Helu. and to
include Land Court Awards are the exclusive property and domain of my kingdom, issued and
divested by His Majesty; therefore, Royal Patent 4490, and all lands divested by His Majesty to
Nueku is the exclusive property of my person. In accordance with the traditions of the kanaka
maoli, Nueku is my niece, however, according to your western "idiotology", Nueku is my
great great grandparent; and that,

BY reason of fact, you have allowed and sanctioned the theft of my land by C: BREWER and
KAU AGRIBUSINESS CO., INC. The theft of my land is criminal and genocide, in that the
qualification and exclusiveness of my person according to your very own laws and the law of
nations prohibit the theft of my lands, the fraud committed in the taking of my [ands, and
genocide in nature due solely to the exclusiveness of my person; and that,

ON or about, 16 July 1999, my subject, Leimomikepilinoahia, who is also known as Judith
Leimomi Olirera, did place her seal and signature upon the Constitution. This person is my
niece by tradition and custom, by your western "idiotology", my cousin, but in accordance
with the law of my Kingdom, a kanaka maoli, a .subject, indigenous and endemic. Therefore,
as the highest ranking chief of Hawaii and the sovereign speaking on behalf of His Majesty,
Leimomikepilinoahia is exclusively under the jurisdiction and authority of this kingdom and
my person; and that,

BY reason of fact, YOU have injured Leimomikepilinoahia by terroristically and physically by
means of armed "thugs", upon demand from n criminal and thief, C. BREWER and KAU
AGRIBUSINESS CO., INC., identifies you as a co-conspirator to these crimes and to the
injury; and that,

BY reason of fact, I, Kilionakalaionaonakealiipuiniholoheao, did grant permission to
Leimomikepilinoahia to live and remain at the home at "Japanese Mill Camp" or "Mill
Camp" located in Pahala, of the Kau District; and that,

BY reason of fact, YOU have damaged my property, the "hale" or dwelling located there
That is my property, by the very definition and understanding of your law, it is attached to the
land; in accordance with the Statute Lmvs of His ~~fajesty, YOU have conspired in damaging
my property; and finally,

THEREFORE, it is the decree of this Kingdom, that Judge Joseph P. Florendo, JR and to
include his agent or representative, that you: (1) Cease and Desist in further actions in the
theft of my land(s), (2) Cease and Desist in the injury and persecution of my subject
Leimomikepilinoahia, aka Judith Leimomi Olives, (3) Withdraw and remove your armed
"thugs"from my property, (4) Order C. BREWER and KAUAGRIBUSINESS CO., INC. to
replace, rebuild, or repair the dwellings destroyed and damaged, and (5) Remain within the
jurisdictional boundaries of this Kingdom to answer for these crimes; and finally,

IT is regrettable that you have chosen to ignore justice and the rights of people Patience and
time have been afforded to you in order that you may realize that mutual understanding and
cooperation could have avoided confrontation. However, you have given no suitable remedy,
nor attempted to find a neutral ground Your greed clouds your sense of right and wrong. I
pray that Akua shmv mercy upon you. Therefore, at the earliest date, you shall be brought
before the King's Coun to answer these charges.
