I, Kilionakalaionaonakealiipuiniholoheao, Ke alii o ko Hawai'i Pae Aina, in accordance with Constitution(s) 1840 thru July 16th, 1999 of Hawaii Pae Aina, the Kingdom of Hawaii, granted by the subjects of this kingdom and realm, in the absence of His Majesty, this Palapala Kauoha (Decree) is herein placed upon KAU AGRIBU.SINE.SS CO., INC; Eben Dale, Vice President, KAU AGRIBUSINESS CO., INC.; Diana L Van DeCar, Attorney for KAUAGRIBU.SINESS CO., INC; furthermore, E kahi hewa Count One ON ar about, I S December 1994, County Clerk Robin J. Yahiku, Ojjice of the County Clerk, Elections Division, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii, did declare my person to he a non-u.s. citizen, document number Z337e; and that, E lua hewa Count Two ON or about, Z7 January 1995, County Clerk Patricia Engelhard, Office of the County Clerk, Elections Division, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hmvaii, issued a formal letter declaring my person a non-u. s. citizen and anon-citizen/resident of the defacto State of Hawaii; and that, E kolu hewa Count Three ON or about, 16 .Iuly 1999, subjects of Hmvai'i Pae Aina, Kingdom of Hawaii, by seal and signature, did grant my person/personage the authority to act and conduct the affairs of this Kingdom and realm on behalf of and in the absence oj, His Majesty Kamehameha; and that, O Comm. Van DeCar, Attorney for KAU AGRIBUSINESS CU., INC:, did commit fraud against this Kingdom through fraudulent devices without title, acquiring lands by "~Iuiet Title" and expired /eases; and that, E Iriku hewa Count Seven BY reason of facts, the land at issue in Pahala, known by you ns "Japanese Camp" belongs to my person, that is my [and; of which you committed theft of that land This Kingdom never issued any parcel of land to KAU AGRIBUSINESS CO., INC: or any of your agents or associates; and that, E walu hewa Count Bight 13Y reason of facts, KAUAGRIBUSINESS CO., INC: is the bastard child of the Committee of Thirteen, "moe kolohe keiki'; your satanic destiny is a violation of the laws and sentiments of this Kingdom; and that, E iwa Itewa Count Nine BY reason of facts, you injured my subjects by physically arresting and removing them from [and that is mine and tivhich l granted permission to those subjects to live there; you removed them with the help of your co-conspirator the dejacto State of Hawaii and its "thugs'; and that, Umi Jtewa Count Ten ALL lands granted in accordance with the Mahele and NOT the Great Mahele, Royal Patent 4490 issued by the Kingdom of Hawaii and by His Majesty, remain the property of this Kingdom and my person; therefore, Umi kumu kahi hewa Count Eleven IT is the decree of this Kingdom, that KAU AGRIBUSINESS CO., INC; Eben Dale, Vice President, KAU AGRIBUSINESS CO., INC; Diana E Van DeCar, Attorney for KAU AGRIBUSINESS CO., INC, that you, (1) Cease and Desist in further actions to commit theft of my lands, (Z) Cease and Desist threats to my subjects, (3) Withdraw and remove your armed "thugs" from my land(s), (4) Replace and repair the dwellings that you destroyed in "Japanese Camp", Pahala, and (5) Remain within the jurisdictional boundaries of this Kingdom to anslver for these crimes; and finally, Umi kumu lua hewa Count Twelve IT is regrettable that you have chosen to continue the manifest destiny of the Committee of Thirteen. I hold you purely accountable for the injury inflicted upon my Kingdom , my subjects, and my person. Your greed clouds your sense of right and wrong. Therefore, at the ear/lest date, you shall be brought before the King's Court to answer these charges. I pray that Akua show mercy upon you.
