AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 22-64, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2022 TO JUNE 30, 2023.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 22-64, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PLANNING:
Kona Open Space Network Plan — Fair Share $ 250,000

SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Fair Share Contributions $ 250,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
