A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ROOTS SKATEPARK AT KAMEHAMEHA PARK IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 9.
WHEREAS, the Roots Skatepark is located at Kamehameha Park in North Kohala in Council District 9; and
WHEREAS, there are many improvements that need to be implemented at the Roots Skatepark, which include, but are not limited to, facility additions, renovations, and other necessary and
appropriate improvements; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I that Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Department of Parks and Recreation to make improvements
to the Roots Skatepark at Kamehameha Park in Council District 9.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai‘i hereby transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below:

is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
