This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated Mazch 21, 2000 and copy of the Declazation
of Covenants, with the revised definition of "dwelling" as suggested by the Office of the
Corporation Counsel.
As indicated in our letter dated Mazch 14, 2000, Final Subdivision approval will be granted upon
compliance with all conditions of the ordinance, including Condition E, which requires the
submission of a copy of the approved covenant(s) recited in an instrument executed by the
applicants and the County and recorded with the Bureau of Conveyances.
