WHEREAS, the Kohala Sugar Company has requested abandonment of certain sections of the Maliu Road in North Kohala, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii that the section of Maliu Road between the Hawi-Mahukona Road and Lincoln Avenue, described in metes and bounds in Exhibits "A” , "B" , "C" and "D" and shown on the map made a part thereof, be and hereby is declared abandoned as a roadway. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be authorized and directed to forward copies of this resolution to the Kohala Sugar Company, the State Board of Land and Natural Resources, and the Bernice P.
