AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO.22-63,AS AMENDED,THE OPERATING BUDGET
FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,2023.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 22-63, as amended, is hereby further amended by decreasing the appropriation in
the following expenditure account(s)and fund(s)by the following amount(s)and transferring to the expenditure
account(s)and fund(s)as set forth in Section 2:

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s)as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the
