Subject: Annual Report (due July 2, 2000) Tax Map Key: (3) 7-5-10:15 Deaz Ms. Goldstein: This past year has been very productive for the subject project. 1. November 15, 1999 -the project building permit was issued. 2. December 8, 1999 we had a formal ground breaking and Hawaiian site blessing. 3. In February, the con:~truction loan was funded. 4. Currently: a. The construction of the project is underway and we have begun taking resident reservations with surprisingly good success. b. The general contractor is Joe Ackles of Construction Technology Pacific, Inc., a local Kailua-based connpany. c. The estimated date ofcompletion is April 1, 2001. As stated in last yeaz"s annual report, conditions B,G, H, J, L and M have been accomplished. This letter is part of the ongoing compliance of condition P. The construction and completion of the project will account for the physical compliance of conditions C, D, E, F, L, N, O and R (N will be settled when the credit portion of the off site improvements is finalized).
