Request for Executive Session
Dear Chairperson Arakaki and Council Members:
The Office of the Corporation Counsel requests the opportunity of meeting with the Council in
Executive Session during its meeting scheduled for November 17. 1999. The Office of the
Corporation Counsel would like to settle this claim and the County Charter requires the
Council's consent, given the amount of the proposed settlement. Prior to the Council meeting
our office will provide you a letter discussing the proposed settlement for your review.
