from Single-Family Residential— 10,000 Square Feet(RS-10) to Single-Family Residential—

Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act(WIOA) account ($1,647,337); and appropriates the same
to the following 2022-2023 WIOA accounts: Administration Planning ($164,734); Adult Program
($615,398); Dislocated Worker Program ($277,263); and Youth Program ($589,942), bringing the
