Sako via Communication No. 1067 dated <br /> October 14, 2022, amends Ordinance No. 22-63, as amended,the Operating Budget for the County of <br /> Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. <br /> This bill increases revenues in the Block Grant Program Income account($250,000); and appropriates <br /> the same to the West Hawai`i Emergency Shelter and Facility Energy Efficiency Improvements account, <br /> bringing the total appropriation to $400,000.
