CALL TO The regular meeting of the Committee on Regenerative Agriculture, Water,
ORDER: Energy and Environmental Management was called to order at 9:00 a.m., in the
Council Chambers, Kailua-Kona, by Mr. Holeka Goro Inaba, Acting Chair.

MANAGEMENT COMMISSION
From Mayor Mitchell D. Roth, dated September 27, 2022, requesting the Council's
review and confirmation.
Requires Council
Confirmation by: November 10, 2022 (Section 13-4(k)
Hawaii County Charter)

Vote on Comm. 1034: Ms. Kimball moved to recommend confirmation of the
(Approved) appointment of Ms. Dell Otsuka to the Environmental
Management Commission. Seconded by Ms. Kierkiewicz
and carried by the following voice vote:
Ayes: Committee Members Chung, David, Kierkiewicz,
Kimball, Lee Loy, Villegas and Acting Chair Inaba—7.
Noes: None.
Absent: Committee Members Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder
and Richards —2.
Excused: None.
Executive Assistant to the Mayor Pomaika`i Bartolome came forward and
provided a brief narrative of the nominee's background and experience.
Committee Members spoke in favor of the appointment.
Comm. 1035: NOMINATION OF NATALIE REYNOLDS TO THE GAME MANAGEMENT
ADVISORY COMMISSION
From Mayor Mitchell D. Roth, dated September 27, 2022, requesting the Council's
review and confirmation.
Requires Council
Confirmation by: November 10, 2022 (Section 13-4(k)

Vote on Comm. 1035: Ms. Villegas moved to recommend confirmation of the
(Approved) appointment of Ms. Natalie Reynolds to the Game Management
Advisory Commission. Seconded by Ms. Lee Loy
and carried by the following voice vote:
Ayes: Committee Members Chung, David, Kierkiewicz,
Kimball, Lee Loy, Villegas and Acting Chair Inaba—7.
Noes: None.
Absent: Committee Members Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder
and Richards —2.
Excused: None.
