from General Fund account ($3,000); and appropriates the same to The Food Basket, Inc. account.

Income account($250,000); and appropriates the same to the West Hawaii Emergency Shelter and
Facility Energy Efficiency Improvements account, bringing the total appropriation to $400,000.

Tenant Based Rental Assistance Fraud Recovery Income account($5,000); and appropriates the
same to the Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Fraud Recovery Income account. Ayes:
