RE: Appointment of Deputy County Clerk
Pursuant to Section 3-6(b)(4) of the Hawaii County Charter, I hereby reappoint Aaron Brown to
continue serving in the position of Deputy County Clerk, effective December 5, 2022.
This appointment is exempt from Civil Service laws and classification and is subject to approval
by the Hawai'i County Council.
Please place this matter on the December 5, 2022, agenda for the initial meeting of the 2022-
2024 Hawaii County Council for Council approval.
