RE: Attached Bill Relating To Sewers
Attached you will find a bill proposing to amend Chapter 2l, Hawaii County Code, by clarifying
the definitions of public sewer, sewage works, sewer, and sewer system. In addition, a new
definition for "gang cesspools" is added.
1 will appreciate your referral of this measure to the Public Works and Parks Committee for
discussion at the December 14, 1999 meeting.
