BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 5 (Committees) and Rule 6 (Standing Committees) of the Rules of Procedure
and Organization of the Council of the County of Hawai‘i, the following members are hereby appointed to the Committee on Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions:

Jennifer Kagiwada
Matt Kāneali‘i-Kleinfelder

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Council Member Holeka Goro Inaba and Council Member Michelle Galimba are hereby designated Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, respectively, of said Committee
on Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions.
