BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 5 (Committees) and Rule 6 (Standing Committees) of the Rules of Procedure
and Organization of the Council of the County of Hawai‘i, the following members are hereby appointed to the Policy Committee on Climate Resilience and Regenerative Agriculture:

Rebecca Villegas
Cynthia Evans
Holeka Goro Inaba
Jennifer Kagiwada
Matt Kāneali‘i-Kleinfelder
Ashley L. Kierkiewicz

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Council Member Michelle Galimba and Council Member Rebecca Villegas are hereby designated Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, respectively, of said Policy Committee
on Climate Resilience and Regenerative Agriculture.
