CALL TO The regular meeting of the Committee on Governmental Operations, Relations,
ORDER: and Economic Development was called to order at 9:24 a.m., in the Council
Chambers, Kailua-Kona, by Ms. Heather L. Kimball, Chair.

Comm. 29.11: HAWAII STATE ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES' MAY 26, JUNE 16, JULY 22,
AND AUGUST 11, 2022, EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Motion to Approve: Ms. Kierkiewicz moved to close file on Comm. 29.11
Seconded by Ms. David.

CHR. KIMBALL: Any discussion? Seeing none, all of those in favor please say
aye.
Vote on Comm. 29.11: The motion to close file on Comm. 29.11 was carried by
(Filed) the following voice vote:
Ayes: Committee Members Chung, David,
Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz,
and Chair Kimball—5.
Noes: None.
Absent: Committee Members Inaba, Lee Loy,
and Villegas—3.
Excused: None.
CHR. KIMBALL: Mr. Richards, is he technically excused or he's no longer
with the Council?
MR. HENRICKS: He is no longer on the Council.
CHR. KIMBALL: Alright with that, that closes our agenda. Thanks for
everyone's patience. May I have a motion to adjourn?
ADJOURN- There being no further business, at 9:26 a.m., Ms. David moved to adjourn the
MENT: meeting. Seconded by Ms. Kierkiewicz and carried by the following voice vote:
