RE: Bill 177, Draft 2, Relating to Gang Cesspools
Attached for consideration is Bill 177, Draft 2. This bill provides definitions for
cesspools, gang cesspools and adds a wastewater service charge rate for gang cesspools.
The new rate For gang cesspools would be $15.00/month and the charges would be billed
